These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Navvo, a navigation platform based in Amman, Jordan, and govern your access to and use of the Navvo website, mobile and web apps, and developer APIs (together, the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Navvo provides maps, place search, geocoding, routing, live traffic, turn-by-turn navigation, street imagery, arrival guidance and related features, along with developer APIs that expose these capabilities. We continually improve the Service and may add, change or remove features.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where a higher minimum age applies) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe the rights of others.
• Copy, scrape, harvest, bulk-download or systematically extract map tiles, imagery, place data or other content except through the APIs and within these Terms.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent the law expressly permits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or breach security, or circumvent rate limits, usage quotas or access controls.
• Upload malware, or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or abusive.
• Misrepresent places, submit fraudulent reports or reviews, or use the Service to harass or endanger others.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its data except as expressly permitted in writing.

5. Developer and API terms

• Access to the APIs requires an API key. Keep your keys confidential; you are responsible for all usage under your keys and projects.
• Usage is subject to rate limits and quotas, which we may adjust to protect the Service.
• Your application must comply with these Terms and our documentation, must not store or cache data beyond what the documentation permits, and must display required attribution for map data and imagery.
• We may suspend or revoke keys that violate these Terms, abuse the Service or create security or stability risks.
• APIs may change; we aim to give reasonable notice of breaking changes where practical.

6. User content and contributions

You retain ownership of content you submit — such as saved places, reports, reviews, ratings and photos (“User Content”). You grant Navvo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display your User Content to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it. We may review, moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including Navvo’s software, map-rendering engine, search and routing systems, design, and the Navvo name and logos, is owned by Navvo and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use the Navvo brand without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party data and attribution

Navvo’s maps incorporate open and licensed data, including OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors) and satellite/aerial imagery from Esri and its partners, and use open-source components such as the MapLibre GL rendering engine. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of those data sources. See our Licensing & attribution page.

9. Navigation, traffic and data disclaimers

Navvo is a navigation aid, not a substitute for your own judgement. Routes, distances, estimated arrival times, live-traffic conditions, place details, hours and imagery are provided for guidance and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

• Always obey traffic laws, road signs, signals and actual road and weather conditions. Do not follow guidance that is unsafe or illegal.
• Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you while driving, cycling or walking.
• Traffic estimates are probabilistic and may not reflect real-time conditions. Restrictions, closures and one-way rules may be missing or incorrect.
• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, including for maintenance.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navvo and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including reliance on routing, traffic or place information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navvo from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Amman, Jordan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory local law grants you rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

شروط الخدمة هذه («الشروط») اتفاقية قانونية بينك وبين نافّو، وهي منصّة ملاحة مقرّها عمّان، الأردن، وتحكم وصولك إلى موقع نافّو وتطبيقاته للجوّال والويب وواجهات المطوّرين البرمجية (يُشار إليها مجتمعةً بـ«الخدمة») واستخدامك لها.

١. قبول هذه الشروط

بوصولك إلى الخدمة أو استخدامها، أو بإنشائك حسابًا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وبـسياسة الخصوصية لدينا. وإذا استخدمت الخدمة نيابةً عن مؤسسة، فإنك تقرّ بأنك مخوّل بقبول هذه الشروط عنها. وإن كنت لا توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

٢. الخدمة

توفّر نافّو الخرائط والبحث عن الأماكن والترميز الجغرافي والتوجيه وحركة السير المباشرة والملاحة خطوة بخطوة وصور الشوارع وإرشاد الوصول والميزات المرتبطة بها، إضافةً إلى واجهات برمجية للمطوّرين تتيح هذه الإمكانات. ونحسّن الخدمة باستمرار وقد نضيف ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نزيلها.

٣. الأهلية والحسابات

• يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٣ عامًا على الأقل (أو ١٦ حيث تنطبق سنّ دنيا أعلى) لاستخدام الخدمة.
• أنت مسؤول عن دقّة معلومات حسابك وعن الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات دخولك، ومسؤول عن النشاط الذي يجري ضمن حسابك.
• أبلغنا فورًا بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به لحسابك.

٤. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على ألّا:

• تستخدم الخدمة بصورة غير قانونية أو للتعدّي على حقوق الآخرين.
• تنسخ بلاطات الخرائط أو الصور أو بيانات الأماكن أو المحتوى الآخر أو تسحبها أو تنزّلها بالجملة أو تستخرجها منهجيًا إلا عبر الواجهات البرمجية وضمن هذه الشروط.
• تعكس هندسة الخدمة أو تفكّك شفرتها أو تحاول اشتقاق شفرتها المصدرية، إلا بالقدر الذي يجيزه القانون صراحةً.
• تتدخّل في الخدمة أو تعطّلها، أو تفحص أمنها أو تخترقه، أو تتحايل على حدود المعدّل أو حصص الاستخدام أو ضوابط الوصول.
• ترفع برمجيات خبيثة، أو تقدّم محتوى غير قانوني أو منتهِك أو مُضلِّل أو يحضّ على الكراهية أو مسيء.
• تحرّف الأماكن، أو تقدّم بلاغات أو مراجعات احتيالية، أو تستخدم الخدمة للتحرّش بالآخرين أو تعريضهم للخطر.
• تعيد بيع الخدمة أو بياناتها أو ترخّصها من الباطن أو تعيد توزيعها إلا بإذن خطّي صريح.

٥. شروط المطوّرين والواجهات البرمجية

• يتطلّب الوصول إلى الواجهات البرمجية مفتاح API. حافظ على سرّية مفاتيحك؛ فأنت مسؤول عن كل استخدام يجري ضمن مفاتيحك ومشاريعك.
• يخضع الاستخدام لحدود المعدّل والحصص التي قد نعدّلها لحماية الخدمة.
• يجب أن يلتزم تطبيقك بهذه الشروط وبتوثيقنا، وألّا يخزّن البيانات أو يخبّئها بما يتجاوز ما يجيزه التوثيق، وأن يعرض الإسناد المطلوب لبيانات الخريطة والصور.
• قد نعلّق أو نُلغي المفاتيح التي تنتهك هذه الشروط أو تسيء استخدام الخدمة أو تنشئ مخاطر أمنية أو تخلّ بالاستقرار.
• قد تتغيّر الواجهات البرمجية؛ ونسعى لإعطاء إشعار معقول بالتغييرات الجوهرية حيثما أمكن.

٦. محتوى المستخدم والمساهمات

تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تقدّمه — مثل الأماكن المحفوظة والبلاغات والمراجعات والتقييمات والصور («محتوى المستخدم»). وتمنح نافّو ترخيصًا عالميًا غير حصري وخاليًا من الإتاوات لاستضافة محتوى المستخدم وتخزينه ونسخه وتكييفه وعرضه لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها. وأنت مسؤول عن محتوى المستخدم الخاص بك وتؤكّد امتلاكك الحقوق اللازمة لتقديمه. وقد نراجع المحتوى المخالف لهذه الشروط أو نضبطه أو نزيله.

٧. الملكية الفكرية

الخدمة، بما فيها برمجيات نافّو ومحرّك عرض الخرائط وأنظمة البحث والتوجيه والتصميم واسم نافّو وشعاراتها، مملوكة لنافّو ومحميّة بقوانين الملكية الفكرية. وباستثناء الحقوق المحدودة الممنوحة هنا صراحةً، لا تُنقَل إليك أي حقوق. ولا يجوز لك استخدام علامة نافّو دون إذن خطّي مسبق منّا.

٨. بيانات الأطراف الثالثة والإسناد

تتضمّن خرائط نافّو بيانات مفتوحة ومرخّصة، منها OpenStreetMap (© مساهمو OpenStreetMap) وصور الأقمار الصناعية/الجوّية من Esri وشركائها، وتستخدم مكوّنات مفتوحة المصدر مثل محرّك العرض MapLibre GL. ويخضع استخدامك للخدمة أيضًا لشروط مصادر البيانات تلك. راجع صفحة التراخيص والإسناد.

٩. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الملاحة وحركة السير والبيانات

نافّو أداة ملاحة مساعِدة، وليست بديلًا عن حُسن تقديرك. تُقدَّم المسارات والمسافات وأوقات الوصول التقديرية وأحوال حركة السير المباشرة وتفاصيل الأماكن وساعات العمل والصور للاسترشاد فقط، وقد تكون غير دقيقة أو ناقصة أو قديمة.

• التزم دائمًا بقوانين المرور والإشارات والعلامات وأحوال الطريق والطقس الفعلية. ولا تتّبع إرشادًا غير آمن أو غير قانوني.
• لا تتفاعل مع التطبيق بطريقة تشتّت انتباهك أثناء القيادة أو ركوب الدرّاجة أو المشي.
• تقديرات حركة السير احتمالية وقد لا تعكس الأحوال اللحظية. وقد تكون القيود والإغلاقات وقواعد الاتجاه الواحد ناقصة أو غير صحيحة.
• تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توفّرها»، دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو الدقّة أو عدم الانتهاك، إلى أقصى حدّ يجيزه القانون.

١٠. توفّر الخدمة

نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة متاحة وموثوقة، لكننا لا نضمن تشغيلًا متواصلًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء. وقد نعدّل الخدمة أو نعلّقها أو نوقفها كليًا أو جزئيًا، بما في ذلك لأغراض الصيانة.

١١. تحديد المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حدّ يجيزه القانون، لن تكون نافّو وفريقها مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو تأديبية، ولا عن أي خسارة في الأرباح أو البيانات أو السمعة أو غيرها من الخسائر غير الملموسة، تنشأ عن استخدامك للخدمة أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامها — بما في ذلك الاعتماد على معلومات التوجيه أو حركة السير أو الأماكن. ولا يستثني أي بند في هذه الشروط مسؤوليةً لا يجوز استثناؤها قانونًا.

١٢. التعويض

توافق على تعويض نافّو وإبراء ذمّتها من المطالبات والأضرار والنفقات الناشئة عن إساءتك استخدام الخدمة، أو عن محتوى المستخدم الخاص بك، أو عن مخالفتك هذه الشروط أو القانون المعمول به.

١٣. الإنهاء

يمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. وقد نعلّق وصولك أو ننهيه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو لحماية الخدمة أو مستخدميها. وتبقى سارية البنودُ التي ينبغي بطبيعتها أن تظلّ نافذة بعد الإنهاء — ومنها الملكية الفكرية وإخلاء المسؤولية وتحديد المسؤولية والقانون الحاكم.

١٤. القانون الحاكم والنزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، دون اعتبار لقواعد تنازع القوانين. وتختصّ محاكم عمّان، الأردن اختصاصًا حصريًا بأي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو الخدمة، إلا حيث يمنحك قانون محلي إلزامي حقّ رفع الدعوى في مكان آخر.

١٥. التغييرات على هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا بتاريخ «آخر تحديث» جديد، ونقدّم إشعارًا إضافيًا للتغييرات الجوهرية عند الاقتضاء. ويعني استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد نفاذ التغييرات قبولك الشروط المحدّثة.
